Happy First Birthday BLONDES!

A fun weekend in Reidsville

Well, we had a fun time Lure coursing earlier in August and the whole gang enjoyed some time both in the motorhome and out.

 

Then Henry James and Blondie were able to practice!  Henry ran a full course for the first time and Blondie ran with another dog for the first time!  Both did great! 

Tegan goes "Puppy Group III"

We are excited to announce that "Tegan" - Cali's Legally Blonde won her class, went best whippet puppy and then on to a Puppy Group III placement this past weekend in Ohio!   

The blonde crew is starting to mature nicely and we look forward to the remainder of this year on into the next year as they start to spend some time in the show ring! 

Congrats again Judy and Kaleena!

Restarting this Blog!

Due to time, or should I say, lack of time, I have decided to start posting ALL Recent updates to my original BLOG (this one), rather than using the BLOG for each individual whippet...... I will keep the individual BLOGs around as there are tons of photos and info on each dog there that I would hate to lose.   It is always fun to go back and see them as puppies!

All has been quiet here lately as it has been TOO HOT to run or show with High Temps in the 100 degrees for the past few weeks.  Plus we have been letting the puppies grow up and mature some before spending much time in the ring.   I can't believe they are almost 1 year old already.

We hope to have some updates soon as we have plans to start showing and running later this summer.

* Spirit earned her 4th AKC Lure Coursing BOB this year -

* Morgan earned her Field Championship title/Dual Championship title this past weekend and went BOB -* Amos, Mystic (our newest addition) and Roy all got to practice Lure Coursing
