For those who do not know, Mike and I are originally from the Mid-West Region (Mike is from Iowa and I am from Wisconsin). We have decided to head back there to visit family, spending a few days in each state. We will be driving up, rather than flying, thus being able to take some of the "trouble makers" along. Our greyhound "Tim" made the trip many years ago, but to this date, none of the whippets have traveled this far.There is an all-breed dog show being held in my home town (Waukesha, WI) on July 26th and 27th. I have entered Morgan both days, as we will be in WI during this time. I am excited to be able to "show" in an area where my family can come watch as well as to see how Morgan will do against different competition. She will still be entered in the Puppy Classes, but just barely, as she turns 1 year on August 3rd. Wish us luck, and I will let everyone know how she does when we get back.
I know we are both excited to see family that we have not had a chance to see in awhile.
